Parker DQ (Duofold Quality) fountain pen in black lined hard rubber.  This is the longer version, circa 1925.  The pen is in restored, excellent condition with just a little degradation of the pen's barrel color.  All imprints are legible and this button filling pen features a 14K Duofold nib in fine rigig.
